DataVision has developed a custom solution to all your data entry needs. With over 30 years experience in keying, we have developed a solid process. This process is followed on each job from start to finish, even down to the detail as to which batching table the keyer sets the documents.

OUR PROCESSOR FOLLOWS 6 SIMPLE STEPS
  • Pre-Keying meeting with customer: What is the input and what is the output?
  • Batching and tracking
  • Programming: With over 5,000 custom keying programs, we can take the errors out of keying by not allowing something to be keyed. For example: We load the zip codes form the USPS for verification while the keyer is keying.
  • The actual keying
  • Post processing: We currently have our own customized "Trim and Combine" process that is used on each job. The program checks and crosschecks on all data that is being sent out the door.
  • Output / Acceptance by the customer: This is DataVision's "MAJOR" strength. We know the customer is not completely satisfied unless the data output makes it into their system. This is where our Data / Media Conversion strength has come to light.
